Lisa Marie Brown
My paintings seek to explore the endless wealth of imagery found in nature in both a representational and abstract way from a variety of vantage points. I work both in watercolor and oil paint media. The grey and muted palette seen in my most recent body of work represents a journey both literally and figuratively through the many shades of grey in life.
