My work is an expression of my spiritual, emotional, and aesthetic
responses to experiences. It is a celebration of beauty and dreams and
acknowledges the glories of creation in the world about us.
Essentially my choice of subject matter is an intuitive and subjective
response to my immediate environment. In most instances technique and
style are a direct and personal response to theme, ideas and subject
while in others it is an outcome of deliberate experimentation with
process, color, space and form. In the smaller works my concern is with
spacial relationships and forms, playing around with ambiguities and
contradictions. The inexhaustible sources of inspiration and unending
pursuit keep me "at it".
